We at Synergy work diligently to try to make DenariOnline the very best software available in our industry. Approximately 65% of our staffing is dedicated to the customer support area to try to help you, our customers, be successful. One element that helps us in this endeavor is your feedback. We listen very carefully to your suggestions and ideas and evaluate them based on the over-all development of the software, the value to the bulk of our users, and the risk and time associated with implementing them. As we continue to grow, and our staff expands, we find more need to manage this process of responding to customer input. Over the past year we have conducted several “projects” geared toward improvements in particular facets of Denari. We did the Missionary project, the Radio project, the Cosmetic project. Each resulted in significant improvements. We have plans to do the Sponsorship project, the eCorrespondence project and the Quick Reports project. This “project” mentality seems to create a healthy degree of momentum, focus and creativity. We think it is a healthy way to run Synergy, resulting in the best software and the best support.
